Learning Content Producer

What you'll do

• Write scripts for tutorials and educational videos
• Record platform walkthroughs that show, hands-on, how to use each feature
• Produce videos in the style of the product academies run by leading SaaS companies
• Handle screen recording, voice-over and editing
• Turn complex features into simple, to-the-point explanations
• Build learning paths and courses inside Pastu
• Produce onboarding content for new customers
• Create training videos for customers and teams
• Update content whenever new features ship
• Work with the Product team to understand each feature in depth
• Work with Customer Success to spot the questions customers ask most
• Create supporting materials such as guides, slide decks and quick tips
• Keep Pastu's educational content library organized
• Track content engagement metrics to keep improving the experience

What we're looking for

• Educational content production
• Scriptwriting
• Video recording and editing
• Software screen recording
• Voice-over and/or on-camera presenting
• Editing tools such as Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
• Organizing content and learning programs
• Clear, concise communication

What we offer

• Independent contractor agreement (PJ, through a Brazilian business entity)
• Fully remote
• R$ 2,500 to R$ 4,500/month, based on experience and seniority
• Pay above the range for proven experience in product education, SaaS and video production
• Freedom to build Pastu's product education from the ground up

Nice to have

• Experience producing content for SaaS
• Product education experience
• Instructional design experience
• Experience building product academies or training centers
• UX writing skills
• Experience with Loom, Descript, Screen Studio or similar tools
• Motion graphics experience
• Experience working closely with Product and Customer Success teams
• Interest in technology, agribusiness or B2B products
