About the role
Pastu is building a new way of managing livestock in Brazil. Our platform brings together herd management, pastures, finances, cattle yard, satellite monitoring and intelligence to help farmers make better decisions every day. Now we want to turn all this knowledge into a simple, visual, high-quality learning experience. We're looking for someone to own the production of Pastu's educational content, from idea and script to recording, editing and publishing. The role is remote, recording screens, narration and videos. You don't need to be a livestock expert. But you must be able to quickly learn a product and then explain it so anyone can use it without difficulty.
What you'll do
- Write scripts for tutorials and educational videos
- Record platform demos showing how to use each feature in practice
- Produce videos in the style of leading SaaS product academies
- Handle screen recording, narration and editing
- Turn complex features into simple, clear explanations
- Build learning paths and courses within Pastu
- Produce onboarding content for new customers
- Create training videos for customers and teams
- Keep content up to date as new features ship
- Work with the Product team to deeply understand features
- Work with Customer Success to spot recurring customer questions
- Create supporting materials such as guides, decks and quick content
- Maintain an organized library of Pastu's educational content
- Track content usage metrics to continuously improve the experience
What we're looking for
- Educational content production
- Scriptwriting
- Video recording and editing
- Software screen recording
- Narration and/or on-camera presentation
- Editing tools such as Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
- Content organization and learning processes
- Clear, objective communication

- Range of R$ 2,500 to R$ 4,500/month, according to experience and seniority
- Above-range compensation for proven Product Education, SaaS and audiovisual experience
- Autonomy to build Pastu's product education from scratch
Nice to have
- Experience producing content for SaaS
- Experience with Product Education
- Experience as an Instructional Designer
- Experience building product academies or training centers
- UX Writing knowledge
- Experience with Loom, Descript, Screen Studio or similar tools
- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience working close to Product and Customer Success teams
- Interest in technology, agribusiness or B2B products
