An operation others look to
Real production, real routines and real results, using the Pastu ecosystem every day.
Model Ranch Program
Ranches that raise the bar for the cattle business.
A Pastu model ranch is a real working operation that uses data, method and routine to become a benchmark in the field, and a bridge for anyone who wants to reach the same level.

Up to 70%
of the plan can be subsidized for selected operations that join the program.
What Pastu looks for

Signs of a model ranch
A reliable day-to-day routine
Open to method and process
Real, everyday use of the Pastu ecosystem
The ability to influence other producers
The program exists to show, in plain terms, what happens when data stops being just a report and starts driving the daily routine, cattle management and decision-making.
What makes a model ranch
A benchmark in the field. Living proof for anyone who wants to improve.
Model ranches are Pastu's living lab: real production, with data, routine and results. They show in practice what happens when pasture, chute-side work and financials talk to each other in the same system.
It is not a generic showcase. These are operations aligned with the Pastu ecosystem, producing content, method and trust so other producers can see a concrete path from where they are today to the standard they want to reach.
