About the role
As a Prima Account Agent, you manage relationships with dairies and milk producers across the dairy regions of Paraná, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul. The role combines onboarding, training and customer success to turn milk quality data into daily decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding of dairies and producers on Prima
- Train users and activate collection and analysis routines
- Track usage and milk quality indicators
- Provide consultative support to dairy routines
- Bring field feedback to the product team

- Experience with the dairy chain or customer success
- Organization to manage an account portfolio
- Clear communication with producers and dairies
- Availability for regional visits
