About the role
As a Prima Account Representative, you own the relationship with dairy processors and milk producers in the dairy regions of Paraná, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul. The job combines onboarding, training and customer success to turn milk quality data into day-to-day decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding for dairy processors and milk producers on Prima
- Train users and get milk pickup and testing routines running
- Track usage and milk quality metrics
- Give processors hands-on, consultative support in their daily routine
- Bring feedback from the field to the product team
What we're looking for
- Experience in the dairy supply chain or in customer success
- Organized enough to manage a book of accounts
- Clear communication with milk producers and processors
- Available for visits across the region
